From the North from I-190 South - You may exit
either of two exits: - Exit 5 (Louisiana St): the bottom
of the exit, turn left. Turn onto Perry St (1st light)
- or onto South Park Avenue (2nd light). - Buffalo
Sabres HSBC Arena is straight ahead. - Parking is available just past Michigan.

Alternative Route:- Exit 6 (Elm St): As you exit the
190, bear left to the ramp - Turn right onto Seneca St.
- Take Michigan St over the bridge. - Buffalo Sabres HSBC Arena will be on your right. - Parking is
available in the lot and ramp off both Perry and South Park Streets.

From the South, East, and West from Interstate 90 (Thruway) to exit 53, which is the I-190 North. You may exit at either of two exits: - Exit 5 (Hamburg St) -
At the exit, turn right onto Hamburg Street. - Turn
right onto Perry St (1st light). - The Buffalo Sabres HSBC Arena is straight ahead. - Parking is available
off South Park Avenue, just past Michigan St.

PARKING

Parking is available along Perry, Washington & Swan streets. Costs for parking range from
$5 - $12. Please note that some lots do not accept Canadian dollars. Bus Parking is available
in the lot on Perry and Michigan for $25, or in the FREE lot on Exchange Street (10 minute
walk to arena).

Parking for Suite and 200 Club Seat Season Ticket holders for Buffalo Sabres games is located
in the HSBC Arena parking ramp (Illinois Street). Reserved season long parking is also available
for Season Ticket holders. To purchase season long parking, simply contact the Account Services Office. This parking is located in surface lots approximately 200 yards from the building (on
Perry Street between Michigan Street and Mississippi Street). Please check the location on
your parking pass or call the Account Services Office for detailed information.
Parking is available on a limited game-to-game basis in both the Buffalo Sabre HSBC Arena
parking ramp and surface lots. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The Buffalo Sabres HSBC Arena parking ramp has
parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all Levels next to
the elevators. There are a number of private parking lots in the area (not affiliated with HSBC Arena or the Buffalo Sabres).




PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The HSBC Arena is conveniently located on 2 major bus routes and on the NFTA's Metro
Rail rapid transit system, which services the city of Buffalo.

BOX OFFICE

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Arena event
days, business hours will be Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM through the end of the event
and 10:00 AM through the end of the event on Sunday. For your convenience, Buffalo Sabres
HSBC Arena's Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion
located to the left of the Account Services Office.

If you would like to leave tickets for your guests, please contact the Account Services Office.
Will Call is located at the ticket windows which are to the west end of the pavilion.




DOORS

The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/
artist. Typically times are as follows:
Regular season Buffalo Sabres games-there is a soft
open 2 hours prior to the puck drop. This gives you access to the 100 level concessions, but
not to the seating areas. 1 hour before the puck drop there is a full open and guests are then
allowed into the seating areas.




HARBOUR CLUB

Access to both the 100 Level Harbour Club and 200 Level Harbour Club at Buffalo Sabres
games is available exclusively to all Suite, and 200 Club Seat holders. 100 Level Harbour Club Memberships are also available to other Season Ticketholders, and may be purchased through
the Account Services Office.




HEINEKEN HEADLINES SPORTS BAR

Heineken Headlines Sports Bar is centrally located on the 100 Level overlooking the Pavilion. Heineken Headlines Sports Bar will be open 2 hours prior to Sabres game time and
will be offering a full bar, friendly service, and a great view of Downtown Buffalo. Food service
is available in the adjacent food courts.





CHILDREN

Adults wishing to bring children ages 3 and under into a Sabres game, free of charge, must stop
at the Account Services Office on their way into the game. The Account Services Office will issue
a child admittance pass for access into the game. This pass will not be for a seat, but allows the
child to sit on an adult's lap. For other events the age limitation may vary. Please contact the Account Services Office for details.
