Doors open to the public one-hour before show time.




WILL CALL

All Guests picking up tickets at will call must present a valid photo ID and the credit card
they used to purchase the tickets. The name listed on the ticket envelope must match the
name on the ID. If tickets were ordered through Ticketmaster charge-by-phone, they
may be picked up at the Will Call window with a valid ID and the Ticketmaster confirmation number. To change the name on a will call order, you must call Ticketmaster directly to
add an alternate pickup name.




CHILDREN

For most events, children that have not yet celebrated their 2nd birthday do not require a
ticket to enter the Nassau Coliseum. The child must sit on an adult's lap during the event
without obstructing the view of any other guests. Please be advised that some family shows
require children 1 year old and up to have a ticket for entry. For further information regarding
